CANCELLATIONS

  • For evaluations and visits, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed visits leaves a void in the therapists' day, which could have been filled by another patient.

    • We ask that you give at least a 24-hour notice, if possible, for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. You may incur a cancellation charge if notice is not given.

  • In the event evaluation does not take place, a $25.00 initial set up fee will be charged if possible with the first therapy session.

  • If you are a no-show for 2 scheduled visits your child may lose his/her therapy spot and/or be discharged from therapy.

  • Though cancellations are sometimes unavoidable due to illness or family emergencies, it is important to make up missed visits. Attendance is recorded and reported to Medicaid and insurance and may affect your continued authorizations and overall progress of therapy.
