Delay or Denial of Services?

A delay or denial of needed services can be very frustrating! When this happens, you need to take action, stay determined, and contact appropriate representatives.  

What should you do? 

• Contact your Medicaid or Insurance member advocate 

• If Medicaid or Insurance denied your approval, you can appeal the decision
